Olga Watkins lives with her husband, daughter and
two mastiffs in the city of Pittsburgh, PA. Her band
was recently voted #2 Best Blues Band in Pittsburgh
in the 2009 Pittsburgh City Paper Readers Poll. Her
husband Mark Miller was voted #2 Best Bartender in
Pittsburgh and the Irish pub where she cooks was
voted #2 Best Pub Style Restaurant. 2009 was a year
of seconds, and she's not unhappy about it! Keep
your eye on Olga in 2010 as she, her husband and
partners prepare to open a new restaurant in the
Morningside neighborhood of Pittsburgh and as she
launches her new CD of original music, "Long Time
Coming". |
